Freak Static is the solo recording project of British multi-instrumentalist producer Matt Matuska. Born in Leicester in 1990 and has been playing music since his adolescence, in 2009 Matt enrolled in a music production course at the London College of Music and has been perfecting the art of audio recording ever since. His DIY recordings pull in elemental influences from numerous genre's spanning the 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's, 00's and contemporary music, all washed over with trippy effects to create a unique brand of psychedelic pop.
