Copycat Figma

If you are having difficulty in converting your Figma to HTML CSS code, there are a number of platforms to help you. From my personal experience, Copycat is the best tool. Copycat is a Figma plugin that easily converts your designs to html and just recently added support to Bootstrap. It's meant to act as a base for you to build off of, so you definitely can't copy paste and have a finished product, but it's a great tool to help you get started. They also recently added support for png and svg conversions as well, so the team behind the tool is constantly adding new features and supports which is nice.
