After a year of health challenges this really is a song written from the heart. The words are mine and the melody's composed by Corinne Stratton. Our song is beautifully sung by Tilly Aldaine.

'Turning On The Curve' a reggae style pop song, I co-wrote with Rob Bray and it is the title track on Gaiamantra's, { Gaiamantra is the name of Rob Bray's new band)debut album 'On The Curve'.

I wrote the lyrics simply because it is what I believe. Tilly Aldaine composed the melody and is playing guitar and singing it beautifully.

'Between A Rock And A Hard Place' I wrote a few years ago when I was rescued from a very difficult time when I was rather unhappy following my retirement from 18 years of nursing. I wrote these lyrics at first as a light hearted reflection on how fast time goes but my pen turned the song into a more serious social comment. My melody is arranged and played by Arthur Rathbone Puullen of Sizzle Studios Bournemouth. Arthur is also providing the vocals.
